AlmaFlow, or “Dance with Spirit” is a powerful experience of being seen, felt, and understood at a deep level. It is an art of being held and loved. It is important to note that this is not a relaxation and de-stressing therapy, although it can have those effects, it is rather specifically designed to create an awareness of patterns and core beliefs that may be keeping you from living your highest potential.
The healing quality of a gentle and loving touch is paramount in this work. Every movement, every placement of hands is done with the intention of creating support and a feeling of being embraced. The purpose of AlmaFlow has many levels, the first of which is to give you an experience of truly being held and loved unconditionally – and from there a true healing can occur.
The session is given on a zen mat in comfortable loose clothing.
Rodolfo Young has spent over 8+ years developing this very unique, yet natural style. He draws from his experience and certification in over 21 modalities of bodywork and energywork, primarily utilizing techniques from Shiatsu, Thai, Tui Na, Cranio-Sacral therapy, and Intuitive Energy work, Reconnective Healing and Reiki.

In a breakthrough experience, there is no duration on how long the session goes. It is recommended that clients allow themself a full day to recieve and integrate the work. The Breakthrough Experience can come in the form of an emotional catharsis, a paradigm-shifting epiphany, courage to take action on a tough decision, clarity of direction, etc.
Most consultations allow for a clear assessment of what specific blocks (energetic, mental, physical, emotional) may be creating disharmony in one's life, and can offer important next steps to clear, integrate, and grow from the experience.
