In registering or participating in any services (defined as private tutoring or wellness assessment) offered by HOLISTIC ESCORT ™, its independent contractors, staff, and specifically Rodolfo Young, you agree to hold HOLISTIC ESCORT ™, Rodolfo Young, and/or any of its representatives harmless from any claims, demands, or actions including but not limited to claims of personal injury or loss of stolen items arising from participating in classes, courses, activities, healings, assessments, and/or space rental.
HOLISTIC ESCORT ™ may set regulations pertaining to the conduct of its members and guests and reserves the right to refuse service to participants who fail to contribute to the peaceful, therapeutic and professional atmosphere of our Community Spaces. You also agree that you are 18 years of age or older if participating in holistic assessments, or have a legal guardian here to sign for you.
Cancellations for any services offered by HOLISTIC ESCORT ™ must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit. All fees received by HOLISTIC ESCORT ™ or any of its representatives are considered donations, and highly appreciated. Your privacy is important to us.
